ConstraintIn a clinical setting, a wrong answer isn't a bug — it's a risk to a patient. Correctness, safe escalation, and a complete audit trail are non-negotiable.
What we're buildingAn agentic care companion that supports patients between visits, with clinician oversight designed into the workflow rather than bolted on.
“Working” meansDeterministic escalation to a human for anything outside safe bounds, full auditability of every interaction, and evaluation against clinician-defined criteria before any patient is involved.

Methodology matters more than enthusiasm.

Most AI projects don't stall because the technology is wrong. They stall because the process around it — how requirements are set, how quality is measured, how systems get handed over — borrows from software norms that don't account for probabilistic outputs.
